A fun and simple way to organize your games and
activities for a children's Halloween party is
to set up activity booths throughout your party
location. Have each booth be either a craft,
treat to make, or an activity to do. Award small
prizes after each booth is visited or give out
tickets that can be traded in for a large prize
at the end. Here are some ideas for each
activity booth.
Combine 6 oz. warm water, 1 C. white glue,
and green food coloring
Combine 5 ˝ oz. warm water and 1 ˝ t. Borax.
Mix ingredients in two separate bowls. Pour
second mixture into the first. Gently lift and
turn mixture until most of the liquid is
absorbed. Drain off any excess liquid.

Black Pompoms

Black Pipe Cleaners
Scissors
Wiggly Eyes
Cut the pipe cleaners in half. Give each
child 5 pipe cleaners, 1 pompom, and 2 wiggly
eyes. Show the children how to bend 4 of the
pipe cleaners into legs and twist the remaining
pipe cleaner around the middle of the 4 legs to
hold them together. Spread this pipe cleaner to
form the last set of legs. Glue the pompom on
top of the legs and glue to eyes to the pompom.

Paper Cups
Straws
Halloween M&M Candy
Instruct the children to place the straw on
top of a piece of candy, suck in through the
straw, pick up the piece of candy, and place it
in their cup. They may NOT use their hands, only
their straws. Give them a time limit and see how
many pieces of candy they can get in their cup.
Rather than making up all of the eats and
goodies before the party for the kids to enjoy,
here are some scrumptious treats that are not
tricky to make and the kids will have a blast
creating their own special snacks.
- Cool Eyeballs - You
will need -
1 package of Vanilla Ice Cream
10 pieces of Life Saver candies
1 tube of Red Gel Frosting
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. With
an ice cream scoop, place 10 large scoops of ice
cream on the foil. Make them as round as
possible to look like "eyeballs". Place them in
the freezer for 30 minutes or until firm. Just
before serving, remove from freezer and transfer
them to individual plates. Have the children
place one life saver in the middle of each
"eyeball" for the pupil and use the red gel
frosting to draw blood veins radiating out from
the candy pupils.
- Spider Treats - You
will need -
10 Marshmallow Pies
30 pieces of Black Licorice
20 mini Marshmallows

Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting

plate and tell the children that the marshmallow
pie will be the body, the black licorice will be
the legs, the marshmallows will be the eyes and
the chocolate chips will be the eyeballs. They
